Tonic in Spring—Healthy Oyster Porridge

The weather is getting hotter and we tend to eat some light and nutritious food. As for me, i like to add some side dishes to my porridge, especially mushrooms and parsley, to make the porridge more fragrant. This oyster porridge is enjoyed fondness among my family.
Efficacy
Oysters also have the functions of “nourishing blood, supplementing blood and nourishing yin”, and have medicinal value such as treating weakness, relieving erysipelas and quenching thirst.

Oysters 250 g
shiitakes 30 g
rice 100 g

Rinse the dried oysters briefly, then add ginger slices, soak them in water for three hours and drain them for later use.
