Ingredients Consumption
Taro 300 g
Ginger 20 g
Pork ribs 500 g
Tofu 200 g
Wash the ribs with water, then remove foam
Add taro and tofu, simmer for half an hour over high heat.
Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Remove after the soup becomes thick.
